  • Cancellations are 100% refundable just if they are cancelled by e mail or by phone 24 hours prior to the Service.
  • Car seats/Booster seats are available upon request.
  • Every person counts as a passenger it doesn’t matter the age.
  • No shows are nonrefundable.
  • In case there is a change on your flight information, it is the customer’s responsibility to let us know so we can update your reservation and track your new flight.
  • You need to show your ID to our driver, and it needs to match with the party leader or the reservation’s name.
  • CT Agency is not responsible for lost objects on the vehicles.
  • Pick up time is 3 hours prior to your departure flight, in case the Customer wants to change it, it will be under his own responsibility.
  • CT Agency is not responsible if the Customer loses the flight.
  • Urgent changes need to be done through the phone.
  • We only take US dollars and Mexican Pesos upon your arrival.
  • All of our payments are through PayPal and are with US dollars.
  • If you don’t receive the confirmation e mail, you need to call to our Customer Service department or e mail in order to verify if the e mail was typed correctly.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your account in the following 5 business days.
  • Amenities added to your reservations will not be refunded.
  • We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
  • Amenities will be only provided from services Airport to Hotel.
  • Creating/Paying a reservation indicates that the customer agrees and accepts all terms & conditions stated.
  • CT Agency reserves the right to publish any picture taken to the clients, and using the resulting image for promotional publications in the website & social media.
  • Due to weather issues (storm days) we may have delays however we will let you know in case of any delay.
