You will find the driver waiting for you outside your arriving terminal with a sign with your name and CT Agency LOGO.

Does the driver speak English?

Yes, all of our drivers are bilingual, they speak English & Spanish.

Are you insured?

Can we make grocery shopping?

Is my reservation refundable?

All reservations are 100% refundable just if you cancel 24 hours prior your service.

Do you offer baby seats?

Yes, you just need to request them by e mail or by phone. We have baby seats and booster seats.

Do you offer snacks and other drinks?

Yes, we can provide you the drinks that you want, you just need to contact our Customer Service department for more information and prices. (Only from airport to hotel service). contact@cancuntransfersagency.com.

Can you transfer my dog?

Of course! We are Pet Friendly; you just need to let our Customer Service department about it.

Can I choose the type of vehicle for my service?

No, the vehicle will be provided according to the service that you paid. (If you paid for a VIP service, you will receive a VIP vehicle, however you cannot choose it as it is under availability).

Do you accept cash upon arrival?

Yes, we do, just from the airport to hotels.

Can I pay through the phone?

Yes, our Customer Service department will assist you 24/7.

Last minute booking?

We offer transportation 24/7, however if the website doesn’t allow you to make the booking, you need to call and book your reservation through the phone.

My flight changed! Can I change my pick up information?

Yes, within 3 hours prior we can update your reservation.

Do I need to print my reservation?

We recommend to bring it printed, however you can also show the reservation on your smarthphone or the screenshot.
